Deep overbite

A deep overbite happens when the lower front teeth bite into the palate. Braces and sometimes jaw surgery are needed to correct it.
Missing lateral incisors

Congenitally missing lateral incisors can be treated by moving existing teeth into the correct positions with braces, followed by replacing the missing teeth with bridges.
Underbite

An underbite, where the lower front teeth are in front of the upper teeth, can be corrected with braces. Severe cases might require additional appliances.
Spacing of teeth

Overjet refers to protruding front teeth. Treatment often involves braces in multiple phases to align the teeth and correct jaw growth.
